The aforementioned rates include the stay in the House with the services connected to it:

– Daily tidying and cleaning of the room.
– Central heating and air conditioning.
– En-suite bathroom, shower, mirror.
– Linen, Bathroom Tablecloth Kit.
– Single or Double Beds. Cot/cot on request.
– Free Wi-Fi, TV.
– Parking on request (limited places).

Any other requests can be presented directly to the Structure during the booking phase.

– Please note that the tourist contribution requested by the Municipality of Rome is €6.00 ​​per person, per night. Children under the age of 10 and other categories of guests are exempt (see Municipality of Rome – Resolution of the Capitoline Council n. 255 of 07/17/2023).

– No pets and animals

– No smoke inside the rooms and the guest house
